Month 1. Before we worry about finding clients, we make sure your business is ready for them. We'll work through defining your services, identifying your ideal client, packaging your offers, pricing confidently, and positioning yourself as an OBM.

phase two: visibility

Months 2-3. The best OBMs aren't always the most experienced, they're the ones people know exist. We'll build a realistic, sustainable marketing strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, networking, and referral relationships.

phase three: clients

Months 4-5. Marketing is only half the equation. We'll turn conversations into clients through discovery calls, proposal reviews, objection handling, and confident follow-up, so you can sign the retainer clients you actually want.

I started exactly where you are, as a VA, back in 2019. I remember the exact feeling of knowing I was capable of more, but not having a clear roadmap for what "more" actually looked like or how to charge for it.

Since then, I've spent the past 7+ years building my own OBM and Fractional COO business, working alongside 6+7 figure entrepreneurs every week, leading their teams, running their operations, and solving the same challenges you'll eventually navigate with your own clients. I'm not teaching this from the sidelines. I'm still in it.
