After years of working with VAs making the transition to OBM, I knew I wanted to be intentional about exactly what you're working toward in this program.
So many courses and programs hand you tools and curriculum, then leave you to figure the rest out on your own. The transition to OBM can be confusing, it can feel like an uphill battle, and it can feel like you're never quite going to get there. That's why I'm not just giving you resources and sending you off. I'm in it with you for these six months, with support from day 1 to day 180+.
Month 1: We figure out what packaging actually works for your life, what services you're genuinely excited to offer, and what pricing makes sense for you. We map out how to transition your current VA clients into OBM retainers, and we start drafting those messages together.
Months 2-3: Your marketing goes out into the world. You're taking discovery calls and nurturing your leads. When a lead comes in, I'm helping you figure out the best angle to pitch them, how to show you're the OBM they've been looking for, and supporting you through onboarding once they say yes.
Months 4-5: You're onboarding new clients at OBM rates and walking them through their first 90 days. When something comes up that you haven't seen before, and it will, I'm right there to help you figure out how to handle it.
Month 6: We put together your plan to get fully booked out (or close to it), so your OBM business becomes what I like to call a "boring business," predictable income, long-term clients, a set schedule, the kind of business that can support your life for years to come.
